Chocolate Chip cookies

I have never had much luck with making chocolate chips cookies but this recipe is super easy and makes the best cookies.  Thanks to my BFF Jac!

Jac’s chocolate chip cookies

125g butter

½ C caster sugar

½ C brown sugar

1 egg

½ t vanilla essence

1 ½ C flour

1 t baking powder

1 C chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar together.  Add vanilla and egg.  Gradually mix dry ingredients and then mix in chocolate chips.

Cook at 190°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
